In our daily practice, we try to work with delta-E colour differences but based on a delta-E, we cannot determine is a colour is either too bright or too dark, to Yellowish or too Blue. Although CIE-Lab and CIE-XYZ are already very helpful when analysing the spectral behavior of a colour, it is not enough to give you a clear advise on how to correct a colour.

One of the hidden technologies in PressView is Colorware’s ChromaPlus technology. ChromaPlus analyses every aspect of a given colour before we calculate a ‘correction’ for that colour. The extended analysis of a colour assures you with the best corection for that specific colour. It simply takes out the last piece of spectral ‘rocket science’ in your printroom.
