ISO 12647 and custom standards supported

PressView is not only suited to implement ISO 12647 standards, but can handle any customer or in-company standard, giving you all the benefits of producing high quality standardised products. Even ‘old print jobs’ or print jobs of a colleague company can be taken as reference.

Database driven

PressView is a full database driven system. This means that every user automatically works with the same information (e.g. references, spotcolours, jobs, tolerances, etc.). There are no seperate files to load or save nor is there the need for third party applications like Microsoft Excel. Everything is automatically centrally stored and managed. The quality information is therefore available to all users of the system. Anytime, anywhere.

Advanced technology

Over the years, colorware has developed advanced technologies to help you meet the required print quality. colourware was the first to succesfully calculate the dry back effect of inks, so that you can measure wet sheets and predict what the dry sheet will look like for comparison with the (dry) standard. Now, PressView again has some unique features like the highly appreciated ‘Printability test’ , ‘Chromaplus’ and the custom ‘colour libraries’ that lets you manage those important house styles and product colours as well.

Scalability, flexibility

The PressView system is scalable to the max. It can be used as a stand alone quality system in a printroom (PressView Business and Professional) or as a complete colour quality management system for multiple companies and groups (PressView Enterprise).
